Lemon Oil – Un-stick the sticky goo your kids leave behind with stickers and gum with lemon oil.  In case you leave your laundry sitting in the washer too long, just add a few drop of lemon oil and your clothes won’t get that nasty smell.

Remove coffee and tea stains and eliminate bitter off-tastes by washing mugs and coffee makers in a solution of 1/4 cup baking soda in 1 quart of warm water. For stubborn stains, try soaking overnight in the baking soda solution and detergent or scrubbing with baking soda on a clean damp sponge.

Instead of bleach on your shower use Magic Erasers to remove calcium build up and orange moldy stains in the corners using it with water. Additionally clean your tiles, walls and shoes using magic erasers.

Fill a spray bottle with a 50/50 mixture of 3% Hydrogen peroxide and water and keep it in every bathroom to disinfect without harming your septic system like bleach or most other disinfectants will. After rinsing off your wooden cutting board, pour or spray hydrogen peroxide (and then vinegar) on it to kill salmonella and other bacteria.
